Inspiration paradox, music and learning schedules

‘When’, the book by Daniel Pink, reminds us that insight problems, which need less alertness and more openness, which are solved like an ‘aha’ after the logic is tired, are better solved when we are not at our best, dictated also by our bio rhythms.

Makes me think: more analytical and teaching and detailed videos with how and what, all structured and logical and clear, be done and recorded in the mornings?

While chord arrangements, creative improvisations, reharmonization and reinterpretations be done in the afternoon?

Like Daniel says, a new genre of ‘when to’ books (similar to how-to books) could be coming up, now that there is more evidence on how, how we behave and solve can be clearly associated with the time of the day etc.

I used to like the twilight time for singing and guitar recordings and improvisations. there is something about that time that makes one naturally calm.

Now, there are more options and more info to decide when to make YouTube videos! tuts in the morning time and creatives towards afternoon, early evening?
