Now thinking! My mistaken notion of flow – officially gone

One morning while I was outside on the lawn I was planning to write about how top of the mind solution is not enough, how we can really think think and get the best solutions and optimisations.

That is when I suddenly realised that my mistaken notion of flow days are long gone.

What was the mistaken notion of flow?

  • wanting to believe that if I keep the final goal I want in mind, things will happen on its own and I need not directly think and find the best solution and act upon it
  • not really thinking through and finding the best solutions and optimisations for the desired result, instead relying on peripheral, at a glance solutions

A zen master suggested put it as: too much of an observer.

In reality, not ‘wanting’ to do them were more like having extreme fear against being ‘able to’ plan a future.

Standing with my back against the future, moving the wall of the present as time moved.

that is why the sudden realisation was a very important milestone for me.

Within it is the implication that it is true that for some reason , in the past, the mind and brain just didn’t want to be able to plan the future. Too much pain from disappointment? Too much of the distortions like magnification, black and white thinking, future Teller error? Whatever it was, I’m happy that it is over the last few years away from my body.

Now I think.

I look at the solution, really think especially without using paper to write down and clutter.

I feel the strain of thinking, keeping in mind the real desired outcome, being the different options based on the possible paths and percentage of the desired outcome it can bring me.

I feel it in my stomach, I sit down with closed eyes, sometimes even curling up. But now this familiar feeling which was reserved Once upon a Time to solving only problems on paper for an exam, I’ve got it back to use it to my advantage in my own real life exams and goals.

Luckily even through the mistaken notions of flow as too much of an observer, ‘the body intelligence’, the mind that solved problems just by placing in the mind did work and bring results. Now, I could solve deliberately. Curl down, hurt and think 🙂

The questions I think think with my body and brain, deliberately: what are we looking for? What are the different pieces available? Which bridge can be finished first? Which is closest to money so that cash flow will be as efficient as possible to reinvest and build the remaining path? Which people will help me? How do I reach the manby value to them? What other skills or information do I have to learn? how do I optimise my life with the ability of solution given to me and developed over the past years, which has proven so successful in the subcategories of life?

Think. Really think. It will hurt. But don’t let it go. Really think. Then relax then your body feels that the optimum solution has been reached.
